Il 12 luglio 2024 ho prenotato, e pagato, un'auto presso l'agenzia Washington Dc Union Station. In data 11 agosto sono andato in agenzia, ma mi è stato risposto che l'auto che avevo pagato non era disponibile e che dovevo andare all'agenzia dell'aeroporto. Ho dovuto, quindi, perdere due ore e pagarmi di mia tasca il biglietto della metro per me e la mia famiglia.
Agenzia e società non seria. Io pago per un'auto che dev'essere disponibile in quella sede e in quell'orario. Qui invece non gliene interessa niente dei clienti, vendono più auto di quelle che hanno a disposizione e poi ti spediscono a un'altra filiale.
Caro proprietario di Hertz Car Rental - Washington Dc Union Station è inutile che mi rispondi in maniera standardizzata: "We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us regarding our Washington DC Hertz Car Rental location Madison. We're always striving to improve and can only do so with the helpful feedback that customers like you provide. Tutto andato come previsto e senza intoppi. L'agenzia di viaggi ci aveva prenotato la macchina dell'Italia. Il giorno del ritiro ci è stata consegnata pulita e ben tenuta. Per quello che mi riguarda è stata un'ottima esperienza nonostante fossi preoccupato viste le recensioni non bellissime.

Pessimo servizio. Auto prenotata,almeno in apparenza, dall'italia; nella mail non era assolutamente specificato che per gli stranieri senza patente internazionale fosse obbligatoria copia originale del passaporto. In ogni caso una volta arrivati col passaporto non c'erano più auto disponibili. No Comment.

Avevo già la prenotazione dall'Italia. Pratiche e consegna veloci, come la restituzione dell'auto.
Purtroppo l'indirizzo sul sito è sbagliato e per fortuna ho guardato Google Maps prima .di girare a caso per DC.
Manca l'indicazione Hertz all'interno di Union Station dove c'è la zona rent. Ho girato attorno a due isolati quando l'ufficio era a cinquanta metri.

This is my second time renting a car here, and I’m genuinely blown away by the level of service and care they provide. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a team of friendly, professional staff who truly go out of their way to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. The cars are always in pristine condition—clean, modern, and reliable—which makes the driving experience so enjoyable.

What really sets this place apart, though, is how much they genuinely care about their customers. The manager and staff take the time to listen to your needs, answer all your questions, and ensure you leave feeling completely satisfied. It’s rare to find a business that combines efficiency with such a personal touch, but they’ve mastered it here.

I honestly almost canceled my reservation after reading such horrendous reviews. Which is why it was even more important to come back and leave a 5 star review after a great experience… No lines. Helpful employees. Clean car. Such an easy rental car pick up. Even finding it was no issue within the station. Don’t hesitate to use this rental car office. I had a great experience.

Worst experience ever. Their car selection contrasts with my request because they provided me a volvo while I had reserved a luxury sedan class. While I was in the president's circle they told me the reserved gold member car was scheduled for 5 pm though the vehicle remained available. They produced an untruthful statement to me. Your staff wasted my time by more than an hour while I express my dissatisfaction visiting this location and I will not return. Any gold or president’s circle member will find this service choice unfavorable. The location lacks both superior vehicles and adequate sports car rental opportunities. It seems there is no way for customers to provide zero stars when ratings do not reflect performance standards. Need to be improve services. Not recommended to this place.
